Public offer agreement

1. General provisions

This document sets out the terms for purchasing the online courses provided by SellerCloudX LLC ("IZDOSH Academy", "We"). By purchasing a course, the user ("Student") agrees to these terms.

2. Course access

Once payment is confirmed, the Student gets access to the course materials under the chosen plan (Start/Standard/Pro). With a subscription, access covers every active course for the subscription's duration.

3. Lesson sequence

Course topics unlock sequentially: moving to the next topic requires finishing the current one and, where applicable, passing its quiz.

4. Payment and installments

Payment is made via Click or Payme. When choosing installments, the initial payment must be at least 40% of the total. If the payment schedule is missed, course access may be temporarily suspended per the agreement.
